My Story

I am a total foodie. Have been for many years. Cooking is a passion of mine. I love when my home is filled with friends and I’m able to incorporate food and drinks into that time of fellowship.

I grew up in South Mississippi and learned to cook from my beautiful mother. It is my southern heritage where I began to experiment with local ingredients and focus on southern cajun flair. Today, while living in Florida, I use the same philosophy about local ingredients. I use what is in season and fresh at the moment. A fun Saturday for me is visiting all of the local farms and farmers’ markets.

I’ve been cooking and entertaining for years, and now make that dining experience available to others in the comfort of my home and soon-to-be commercial space. I look forward to serving you at my table.
